An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Lead Business Analyst, reporting the Finance Director, initially on a 6 month contract services basis, with the likelihood that it will extend further over the 24 month contract duration.

Key Responsibilities:

The main responsibility of the role is to drive forward the analytical components of a large work stream on a major digital transformation, that involves the ERP system readiness and implementation. The lead business analyst will define approach to business design bringing value through establishing emerging requirements and identifying solutions to current issues.  

  • Operations analysis
  • Identifying performance issues
  • Proposing business best practice
  • Process mapping
  • Business process re-engineering and workstream planning
  • interpreting technical data

What We’re Looking For:

Project management and planning experience is preferred along with excellent analysis skills using Miro, MS Visio and 0365 tools. This is a key role in an exciting project so excellent communication skills, ability to work with staff members from across all areas of the business and a keen eye for details with outstanding analytical, organisational and time management skills is necessary. 

This position will be home based with a requirement to attend the Company’s Head Office in Port Glasgow, Scotland, one day per month. Working hours are Monday to Friday 0830 to 1700 hours.
