An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Business Systems Analyst reporting into the Finance Director with a dotted line to the Group Vice President IT of Aspen Medical Products based in California.
The key accountabilities of the role will include facilitating collaborative design of technology solutions for core, critical applications to address business needs. On project assignments of high risk and complexity, this position leads and directs activities such as requirement definition, research, analysis, testing, training and documentation. This position provides technical expertise and team leadership on major, complex initiatives, specifically Sage X3 ERP system.
You will be required to organise, co-ordinate and execute activities for ERP initiatives, provide the primary leadership for business process and redesign activities, manage project schedules, and support new user needs.
We would look for the successful candidate to have a BSc in Information Management Systems or a similar technical foundation with previous exposure to IT Security risks and requirements and Sage X3. If this is in a medical device distribution environment, then all the better.
This position will be office based and working hours are Monday to Friday 0830 to 1700 hrs, with the option of starting earlier each day and finishing at 1400 hrs on Friday. Once probation is concluded, we are open to a discussion around hybrid working however at least 60% of working time will remain office based.
