Protector offers excellent skin aeration and is ideal for intermittent use. The Gel Elbow/Heel Protector has a removable, shock-absorbing gel pad that measures 8.9 x 16cm. 

Sleeves are machine washable. Remove gel pad prior to washing and air dry. Sold in pairs. To size, measure circumference at the elbow crease or heel.
